Christine Boddicker

Praised for her “powerful, multi-colored mezzo” (South Florida Classical Review), mezzo-soprano Christine Boddicker’s recent engagements include house debuts with Lyric Opera of Kansas City and Ars Lyrica Houston, and concert appearances with Grant Park Chorus. Christine is an alumna of fine training programs such as Indianapolis Opera, Janiec Opera Company, Opera Steamboat, and Miami Music Festival. Notable roles include Stéphano (Roméo et Juliette), Nerone (L’incoronazione di Poppea), Sesto (La clemenza di Tito), and Angelina (La Cenerentola). Christine has had competition success in the Midwest and in Texas. She holds degrees from the University of Houston and Michigan State University.
